Party bus hire is quoted for your trip. The date, bus, passenger count, pickup location, route, duration and return journey affect the price. Include all stops and waiting time when requesting a written quote. There is no single price that fits every itinerary.

Request a quote for your whole group and itinerary. Check the total hire price and inclusions with the team before collecting money from guests. You can divide the confirmed total by the number travelling to work out each person's contribution; changing the guest count does not automatically change the hire price.

Send your preferred date, passenger count, pickup and drop-off locations, times, event type and bus preference through the booking form. Include any extra stops or a return journey. The team checks availability and provides the next steps. Your enquiry alone does not reserve a bus.

Yes. After a successful booking request, we send an email with your requested trip details. We process the request, check your date and bus availability, and call you shortly to discuss availability. Enquire as soon as you know your date and approximate group size, especially for Saturday nights, school formals and end-of-year celebrations. Availability depends on the date and vehicle. For a last-minute trip, call the team to check what can be arranged; availability is never guaranteed by submitting a form.

Tell us your desired start and finish times, whether you need a short transfer, a night out or a daytime tour. Minimum hire requirements and the price depend on the date, route and vehicle. Ask the team to confirm the duration included in your quote rather than assuming an hourly rate or minimum.

BYO alcohol is permitted under our booking terms, and the party buses have built-in iceboxes. Underage drinking is prohibited. Confirm the arrangements for your group before the day and follow the driver’s instructions throughout the trip.

The Black Diamond, The Venga Bus, The Crown Jewel, The Night Rider list an onboard bathroom. The Pulse Express and VIP Celebrity do not list a bathroom in their published features. If a toilet is essential, choose a bus with that feature and confirm it with the team before booking.

The fleet's published features include built-in iceboxes; VIP Celebrity lists two. These are described as iceboxes, so do not assume refrigerated storage. Ask the team what you should bring, including ice and suitable drink containers, for your selected bus.

Yes, you can plan your own birthday playlist for the onboard sound system. Check the connection options for your chosen bus with the team before travelling, and download your music so the celebration does not depend on mobile reception.

The Black Diamond seats 20; The Venga Bus, The Crown Jewel and VIP Celebrity seat 30; The Night Rider seats 38; and The Pulse Express seats 43. These are maximum passenger capacities. Choose a vehicle with enough seats for everyone travelling on each leg.

Compare the actual interiors and amenities as well as capacity. The Crown Jewel and VIP Celebrity list exclusive VIP areas, while The Pulse Express is a 43-seat party shuttle for larger groups. Bathroom, screen and icebox inclusions vary by vehicle; each fleet page shows its own features and photos.

Ask us before bringing a cake, food or decorations. Food is only permitted when agreed in writing beforehand. Let us know what you have in mind so we can confirm what is suitable for your vehicle; do not assume decorations or food service are included.

Discuss access requirements before booking. Tell the team about boarding assistance, steps, mobility aids and storage needs so they can check the specific vehicle. Do not assume that any bus has wheelchair access or suitable restraints without explicit confirmation.

You can request travel between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Include the pickup suburb, destination, arrival deadline and return time so the team can check travel time, availability and pricing. Travel between regions needs to be part of the agreed itinerary.

Share the exact address or the venue name and suburb. We will check safe access and a suitable meeting point for your vehicle. A narrow street, driveway or busy venue entrance may require a nearby pickup spot, so confirm the location with the team before sharing it with guests.

Do not assume venue entry, table bookings, meals or tastings are included in your transport quote. Confirm any inclusions in writing and arrange venue reservations directly where needed. Each venue controls its own admission, age and group-entry requirements.

Yes. We cater for 18th and 21st birthdays as well as later milestones. Tell us if any passengers are under 18 so we can discuss the arrangements. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited, and each venue sets its own entry rules.
