Bus hire covers the agreed transport. Drinks, meals and venue admission are separate unless explicitly included in the written quote. Venue entry remains subject to the venue’s own conditions.
That depends on the agreed itinerary. Waiting time and continuous hire must be discussed and quoted; do not assume the bus remains outside every venue.
BYO alcohol is subject to the booking terms and the driver’s instructions. Underage drinking is prohibited. Confirm the arrangements for the group before the night.
