Your people. Your party.

One group.
One great night.

Bus Tour Rhymes provides private birthday party bus hire across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Choose from 20–43 seat buses for dinner transfers, a night between venues or a milestone day out.

Instead of coordinating separate cars, bring everyone together at an agreed pickup point. Your music and the onboard lighting set the scene; your itinerary decides where the celebration goes next.

Make it your kind of birthday

Big birthday.
Whatever the number.

A dinner, a dance floor or a day with your favourites. Start with the celebration you want, then build the transport around it.

18th & 21stBirthday parties

The first big night out

Get the whole birthday group to dinner, a party venue or a night out together. Choose one meeting point and agree on the return plan before the celebrations start.

Planning tips

For an 18th with a mix of ages, tell us who is travelling when you enquire. Confirm each venue’s entry requirements directly and plan an itinerary everyone can join. Underage drinking is not permitted onboard.

30th & 40thBirthday celebrations

Your favourites, all in one night

Start with your favourite restaurant, add a bar or two, then travel home with your people. Your playlist sets the mood between the stops.

Planning tips

Share your dinner reservation time, venue addresses and preferred finish time. We can discuss a multi-stop route and the right vehicle for your group. Stops and waiting time need to be included in the quote.

50th & beyondMilestone birthdays

A milestone worth making a day of

Make the birthday a long lunch, a winery visit or an evening with old friends. Keep the group together while someone else handles the driving.

Planning tips

For a daytime celebration, let us know your preferred wineries, breweries or lunch venue. Confirm venue bookings and tasting arrangements separately; ask us to check travel times and suitable pickup points.

Good nights
have a plan.

Here’s one way to shape a birthday night. It’s a starting point for your own itinerary, with timings and stops confirmed in your quote.

  1. 01

    The meet-up

    Get the group together

Choose a pickup point everyone can find. Send us the address and guest count so we can check access for your bus.

  2. 02

    The first stop

Dinner, drinks or your party venue

Start with the booking that has a fixed arrival time. Allow for boarding, traffic and getting the whole group inside.

  3. 03

    The main event

    Keep the birthday moving

Add a favourite bar, a club or another celebration stop. Agree on pickup times and waiting time before the night.

  4. 04

    The ride back

    Sort the way home, too

Include a return time and drop-off address in your request. A planned return means one less thing to organise at the end of the night.

Your birthday, across South East Queensland

Pick your patch.

Brisbane

Dinner in the city, a celebration in West End or a night around Fortitude Valley. Give us your venue times and we’ll help plan the transport between them.

Gold Coast

Bring the group together for a Broadbeach dinner, a Surfers Paradise night out or a birthday lunch in Burleigh. Include your return destination in the plan.

Sunshine Coast

Think a Mooloolaba lunch, an evening in Maroochydore or a Noosa celebration. Tell us the route you have in mind so we can check access and travel time.

These are itinerary ideas. Venue bookings, admission and travel between regions need to be confirmed separately.

Let’s put a price to the plan

What does birthday
bus hire cost?

There isn’t one price for every birthday. Your date, bus, route and time on the road shape the quote.

Have these ready when you enquire:

  • Your date and approximate guest count
  • Pickup, stops and final destination
  • Departure time and any return trip
  • Your preferred bus and special requests

We’ll confirm availability and details. Sending a request does not reserve a bus.

Here’s what to know before you book.

Ask us: 0407 337 535

How much does a birthday party bus cost?

Birthday party bus hire is quoted for your trip. The date, vehicle, passenger count, pickup location, route, hire time and return journey all affect the price. Send those details through the booking form for a written quote, and include any extra stops or waiting time you need.

Which bus size should I choose for my birthday?

The fleet includes 20, 30, 38 and 43-seat vehicles. Start with your expected guest count, then compare the features of each bus. A bus’s seat count is its maximum passenger capacity; smaller groups can enquire about a larger vehicle, subject to availability and the quote.

Can I hire a party bus for an 18th or 21st birthday?

Yes. We cater for 18th and 21st birthdays as well as later milestones. Tell us if any passengers are under 18 so we can discuss the arrangements. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited, and each venue sets its own entry rules.

Can we bring our own drinks?

BYO alcohol is permitted under our booking terms, and the party buses have built-in iceboxes. Underage drinking is prohibited. Confirm the arrangements for your group before the day and follow the driver’s instructions throughout the trip.

Can we bring a birthday cake or decorations?

Ask us before bringing a cake, food or decorations. Food is only permitted when agreed in writing beforehand. Let us know what you have in mind so we can confirm what is suitable for your vehicle; do not assume decorations or food service are included.

Can we play our own birthday playlist?

Yes, you can plan your own birthday playlist for the onboard sound system. Check the connection options for your chosen bus with the team before travelling, and download your music so the celebration does not depend on mobile reception.

Can we visit several venues and arrange a return trip?

Yes, multi-stop trips and return transfers can be arranged. Include every proposed pickup, venue, drop-off and return time in your enquiry. We will confirm route suitability and pricing; venue admission and reservations should be arranged directly with the venues.

Where do you pick up birthday groups?

Bus Tour Rhymes serves Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Send your exact pickup and drop-off locations, including any travel between regions. Access, travel time and your selected bus determine which pickup points and itinerary can be confirmed.

How do I book, and what happens if plans change?

Send your preferred date, guest count and itinerary to request availability and a quote. A request is not a confirmed booking. Check your written quote and the booking terms before paying: deposits and payments are non-refundable. Contact the team promptly about changes, as extra time or route changes may affect the price.

See all party bus FAQs and read the booking terms before confirming your birthday hire.
