What is the difference between a transfer and a charter?

A transfer usually describes a journey between agreed points. A charter can involve a more detailed route or period of hire. The written quote defines the actual journeys, time and stops included in your booking.

Can we book concert or sporting-event transport?

Yes, send the event, venue, passenger count and preferred times. Include any designated bus pickup or drop-off instructions. The team will confirm availability and a practical route; event tickets are separate.

Do you offer airport group transfers?

Airport transfer requests can be assessed with flight details, terminal, passengers and luggage quantities. Vehicle suitability and airport access must be confirmed. Seat count alone does not establish how many bags can be carried.

Can the bus carry luggage or large equipment?

Storage differs by vehicle. Tell us the number and size of bags or equipment before booking so the team can check suitability. Do not assume a full passenger load and large luggage load can both be accommodated.

Are wheelchair-accessible vehicles available?

Ask the team about your exact access requirements before booking. Do not assume wheelchair access or step-free boarding across the fleet. We need to confirm whether an available vehicle is suitable for the passengers travelling.

What happens if a flight or event runs late?

Ask how delays and waiting time will be handled when requesting the quote. Extra waiting or changed times are not automatically included and can affect availability and cost. Keep the booking contact informed of changes.

Can we arrange several journeys or a multi-day charter?

Send the full schedule with each date, route and passenger count for assessment. Multiple runs, vehicles or days are subject to availability and an agreed written scope; submitting the itinerary does not reserve transport.
