Can we hire a bus for both the bridal party and guests?

Yes, include each group and its travel times in your enquiry. Separate journeys or vehicles may be needed. Availability, capacity and timings must be confirmed in the written quote.

Can you run wedding guest shuttles?

Repeated transfers can be discussed. Send the number of guests, pickup locations and arrival windows. Do not assume one bus can complete every run before the ceremony; the team will check the travel and boarding schedule.

Can the bus access a hinterland or private wedding venue?

Access must be checked for the specific vehicle. Ask your venue for bus-entry instructions and tell us about narrow roads, steep driveways, low clearances or limited turning space before confirming.

Can we make a wedding photo stop?

Yes, a photo stop can be requested. Include the address and time needed in your itinerary. Permissions for the location and photographer arrangements are separate from transport.

Is the bus suitable for guests with mobility needs?

Tell us the specific access requirements before booking. Vehicle steps, seating and storage differ, and wheelchair access should not be assumed. The team can discuss whether the available vehicle is suitable.

Will the bus wait throughout the reception?

Only if waiting time is explicitly arranged. You can request a later return pickup, waiting time or additional runs, with availability and cost confirmed in the quote.

Can we add flowers or wedding decorations?

Discuss decorations and any items you want to carry with the team beforehand. Suitability depends on the vehicle, and decoration setup is not automatically included in wedding bus hire.
